Visit of charity vineyard and winery Le Manzane in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area

We will welcome you to the winery and meet the Balbinot family, who will accompany you on this adventure to discover the world of “Le Manzane”. The visit will begin with a walk throught the "Vigneto solidale" (Solidarity Vineyard ) adjacent to the winery, you will learn why it was given this particular name and the characteristics of the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The experience will continue with a walk through the underground cellar, where you will be amazed by the natural temperatures we find inside the hillside and the different methods of production of Prosecco Superiore DOCG and other native wines. Leaving the winery, an explanation and viewing of the technological bottling plant will follow. To conclude: a tasting of 3 wines of your choice, where you can savor the different sugar type and soils of our area and of the Prosecco Superiore DOCG, all accompanied by bakery products and local cheeses or cured meats
