Vineyard Walk & IGP Lazio Wine Tasting at Antica Cantina Leonardi

Accompanied by our agronomist, you will learn how the volcanic soil and the lake's microclimate influence the character of the grapes. After a short drive in your own car to the center of Montefiascone, you will visit the historic Antica Cantina Leonardi, the oldest winery in the area, featuring spectacular aging rooms carved into the stone.

The experience concludes with a tasting of four representative IGP Lazio wines: the white Luce di Lago and Terra di Vento, the red Nero di Lava, and the refined Le Muffe (noble rot dessert wine). The sommelier will explain the deep connection between the family tradition and the volcanic terroir of the Tuscia region. The tasting is paired with a rich platter of local cold cuts and cheeses.
