Natural Wine Tasting & Vineyard Walk, Atto Vino & Cantina Leonardi

Discover the sustainable side of Latium winemaking with an experience that bridges modern ecological vision and historic tradition. Your journey starts in the organic vineyards of Atto Vino on the hills of Montefiascone. Here, an agronomist will guide you through rows of vines cultivated with full respect for the ecosystem, explaining the philosophy behind natural wine production on volcanic soil. You will see how we preserve the purity of the fruit without invasive interventions, respecting the natural balance of the Lake Bolsena landscape.

The second part of the visit takes you to the historic cellar of Antica Cantina Leonardi, an ancient underground site hand-carved into the tuff. In this evocative setting, our sommelier will lead a tasting of three natural wines from Atto Vino: Vigne del Pellegrino (Trebbiano Giallo), the Atto Vino Bianco blend, and the Atto Vino Rosso (Sangiovese). Each wine is served with a selection of local Tuscia cold cuts and cheeses.
