Wine and honey: a surprising wine experience at Vigne del Malina

Vigne del Malina welcomes you for a unique wine experience focusing on a special symbiosis, which is as surprising as it is tasty! We are talking about the cooperation that exists between bees and vineyards and how this synergistic relationship is fruitful for both players and the related honey and wine production.
The wine experience begins in the heart of the winery, where one of our experts will lead you on a fascinating exploration of the world of Vigne del Malina. First, there will be an introduction covering some historical background, interesting technical aspects, and details of winemaking and aging to understand what long-aging wine represents and how it differs.
After theory, come practice! In the reserved room of Vigne del Malina's wineshop, their sommelier and beekeeper will devote themselves completely to you to guide you in tasting 5 wines and 3 varieties of honey, respectively from the Vigne del Malina and Apicoltura Treffer selection. The tasting will be accompanied by delicious platters of local products including cured meats, cheeses, sauces, focaccia, and freshly baked bread.

Una piacevole sorpresa
Il posto è molto bello e la produzione vinicola molto interessante, con vini di qualità estremamente curati dalla vigna alla cantina . La degustazione includeva tre bianchi e due rossi, accompagnati da delle generose tartine di salumi e formaggi (tutto di ottima qulità) da accompagnare con diversi tipi di miele.
In totale due ore abbondanti di simpatia e ottimi prodotti. Esperienza che consiglio vivamente,.
