Welcome to this unique experience at Cavanera Etnea.
The Cratere experience is perfect if you're a wine lover who wishes to test your oenological knowledge and take the opportunity to gain new ones. The experience includes a tour of the estate, a walk through the vineyards producing Etna DOC, a stop at the ancient seventeenth-century Palmento, and the discovery of the estate's pre-phylloxera vineyard, certified 150 years old.
The tour will end with a visit to the cellar, an example of bio-architecture created within an ancient lava Sciara, where you will taste 4 wines accompanied by a platter of local cheese and cold cuts.
