La Piotta is an expression of love this family has for the terroir. They will show you the space and the ability to follow all the different vinification processes, this is a quality assurance. You could taste their wines and typical products for a beautiful ending.
The winery is waiting for you on the sunny and green hills of Oltrepo Pavese to introduce you to their organic wines. You could discover the wine making process and enjoy a walk through the vines planted in 1930.
At the end you could taste four wines and km zero typical products. The king of this area is Pinot Noir, followed by Riesling, Barbera and Bonarda.
As a witness to their love for traditions and territory, nine rows of Pinot Grigio planted in 1930 still exist and produce. Over the years, the business grew until it comprised 15 hectares of vineyards. The annual production is about 70,000 bottles and the entire production cycle, from the vine to the bottle, is personally taken care of by the Padroggi family.
