Wine tasting & Tour at Lenotti Winery in the center of Bardolino

We are thrilled to invite you on a captivating journey, where we will retrace every grape step—from our vineyard to the moment the wine graces your bottle.

The tour commences with a visit to our grape reception area, where the magic begins. Here, the freshly harvested grapes are brought and tenderly crushed before embarking on their transformation journey in the fermentation cellar. Within these steel tanks, they undergo fermentation at carefully controlled temperatures, an essential process in shaping the unique flavors of our wines.

Next, we venture into the underground barrel room, an enchanting space featuring two vast rooms meticulously crafted to maintain optimum temperature and humidity conditions. In the first room, you'll be awed by the sight of 40 large oak barrels, each with a capacity of 2500 liters, alongside over 1,000 smaller casks (ranging from 300 to 500 liters) used for refining our powerful red wines, completing their alcoholic and malolactic fermentations. The second room, specially designed to age and refine already bottled red wines, allows them to rest until they reach their peak perfection, ready to delight your palate upon consumption.

As we continue, we'll make our way to the bottling line, where wine embarks on its final stage of becoming the cherished bottles you enjoy. Witness the precise workings of the bottling, labeling, and packaging machines, a true testament to our commitment to preserving the authenticity and quality of our wines.

If possible, tastings will be organized in our garden. In case of rain, too cold or hot temperature it will take place in our internal tasting room.
