Cantina Santo Iolo welcomes you on the panoramic porch, offering breathtaking views of the Umbrian countryside. Here, you’ll begin your guided tasting of three or four organic wines, each thoughtfully paired with local bread, extra virgin olive oil, and seasonal vegetable spreads.
In case of extreme temperatures, the tasting will be held inside the winery’s cellar, which is carved into the hillside, providing a naturally cool and stable climate. This unique setting, surrounded by stainless steel tanks and traditional amphorae, adds to the immersive experience.
Following the tasting, you’ll embark on a guided tour of the winery and vineyards, discovering the organic winemaking process and the agronomic techniques that define Cantina Santo Iolo’s philosophy. This relaxing yet informative walk allows you to fully appreciate the connection between the land and the wines you’ve just tasted.

Wonderful
The tasting was pleasant and interesting. I recommend the place both for spending a relaxing day and as a gift idea.
I would put some signs along the road, so as to reach the place more easily.

We tasted 4 very good wines (each of us bought at least one bottle) accompanied by some platters of local products.
Very intimate and well-kept atmosphere.
