Here is what's in store for you
Your experience begins with your winery team host will lead a tour of the winery and vineyards. You’ll learn about the estate’s organic winemaking process and the agronomic techniques behind its philosophy, and discover the connection between the land and the wines you’ve tasted.
On the panoramic porch of Cantina Santo Iolo, overlooking the estate’s vineyards and the Umbrian countryside. A member of the winery team will guide you through a tasting of three organic wines. Depending on cellar availability, the selection may include the Coscia di Ninfa rosé, the white wines Pratalia and Pratalia in Anfora, or the pure Il Malbec red. After the guided tour, you'll taste the wines.
The wines are paired with local bread, the estate’s own extra virgin olive oil, and seasonal vegetable spreads. If temperatures are too high or low, the tasting will take place in the winery’s cellar. Carved into the hillside, it offers a distinctive setting among stainless steel tanks and traditional amphorae.

Where we are and how to reach us
The estate can be reached by vehicles up to 8 meters in length. Please plan to arrive at the meeting point a few minutes before your scheduled start time.

Wonderful
The tasting was pleasant and interesting. I recommend the place both for spending a relaxing day and as a gift idea.
I would put some signs along the road, so as to reach the place more easily.
Tasting with friends
We tasted 4 very good wines (each of us bought at least one bottle) accompanied by some platters of local products.
Very intimate and well-kept atmosphere.
I highly recommend it if you want to spend a day away from the noise of the city in good company!
