Here is what's in store for you
Welcome to the wine experience & tour at Massimo Rivetti in Langhe wine region.
You will be welcomed at the winery and taken on a tour of the surrounding vineyards. You will see firsthand how the estate cares for its vines and land, adhering to an organic production philosophy.
The tour will then move to the winery, where each step of the winemaking process will be detailed: here is where the wines are crafted, structured, matured, and refined.
The visit will conclude in an early 19th-century building in the historic center of Neive, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.
You can choose your wines independently at the time of the tasting. During the tasting, the unique characteristics of each of the wines will be explained, and you will have the chance to enjoy 5 organic wines and a delicious platter of local cold cuts and cheeses.
The tour will take place in two different places. It is adviced to go to the winery using your own mean of transportation so as to move smoothly from one place to the other.
From the winery to the village, there is a distance of approximately 5 minutes drive.

Degustazione Sostanziosa
La parte di degustazione si è poi svolta all'interno del paesino NEIVE, dove hanno un locale apposito per questo.
Una volta alzati i calici ci vorrà tempo per riabbbassarli data la buona abbondanza di vino fornitoci.
Per quanto riguarda la mia preferenza, cui poi è seguita una Magnum, devo dire che è stato il Metodo Classico.
Il tagliere non era ricco rispetto a quanto bevuto, anche se ci hanno rifornito più volte di grissini e pane.
Nel complesso posso dire che è stata una buona esperienza anche se mi aspettavo qualcosa in più dato il luogo rinomato.
