The experience begins with a tour of the vineyards, focusing on the production area, the region's unique terroir, and the sustainable agricultural practices employed under organic certification. You’ll then proceed to the winery and barrel cellar to learn about the winemaking methods used by D'Erasmo Vini.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of our premium wines: OFFIDA PECORINO DOCG, MARCHE ROSATO IGT, and MARCHE SANGIOVESE IGT, paired with a platter of traditional local products, including cured meats and cheeses. Vegetarian or vegan options are available upon request at the time of booking.
