Signature Wine Tasting Workshop at Château Margüi in Provence Verte

Your tasting workshop takes place in the wine shop at Château Margüi, where a host from the estate's team will welcome you. The experience begins with a presentation on the property's history and its place within the Skywalker Vineyards collection, followed by an introduction to the estate's organic farming and winemaking techniques.

Before you taste, you'll take part in a sensory game to help you identify some of the most common aromas found in wine. Your host will then introduce the fundamentals of tasting: how to observe a wine's color, identify its aromas, and describe what you taste.

The session continues with a guided tasting of seven organic AOP Coteaux Varois en Provence wines from the estate's two ranges. You will sample the Cuvée Château range, which includes a rosé, a white made from 100% Rolle, and a red blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. You'll then explore the more exclusive Cuvée Bastide 1784 range, featuring its own rosé, a Rolle white, and two different red blends of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.

To complete the tasting, you will also sample the estate's certified-organic olive oil served with bread.
