Domaine de l'Idylle has deep roots dating back to 1840, when François Tiollier first purchased the property. This charming estate, nestled on the hillsides of the Savoie valley, has since been cultivated by generations of the Tiollier family. Albert Tiollier's success in a 1920 wine competition marked the beginning of its winemaking prominence. Over the years, the estate evolved under the guidance of several generations, with Henriette and André Tiollier being the pioneers of bottling in the valley. By 2011, Sylvain Tiollier joined the estate, blending tradition with modernity. Today, Domaine de l'Idylle spans 20 hectares and remains focused on sustainable practices, such as using gravity-fed grape reception and minimal input in the winemaking process to allow the terroir to shine.
