Mas des Escarades
(Winery in Côtes du Rhône)

Provides 1 wine tasting and winery visit from €20.00
At Mas des Escarades, every aspect of the estate is guided by a deep respect for nature — from vineyard cultivation to winemaking and packaging. Organic farming practices have been in place since 1983, when the winemaker’s father began reevaluating his methods to minimize environmental impact. In 2023, this long-standing philosophy culminated in official biodynamic certification by DEMETER. All wines from the 2023 vintage onward are certified biodynamic. In the cellar, practices go far beyond the requirements for certification. Grapes are handled exclusively by gravity, avoiding the use of pumps to preserve their natural integrity. Manual punching down and gravity-based de-racking are the only extraction techniques employed. Pneumatic pressing ensures that only the finest elements of the pomace are used. No additives are introduced during vinification, and only a light touch of sulfur is added before bottling, solely to maintain a high-quality tasting experience. Sustainability continues beyond the winemaking process. Bottles are part of a reuse initiative through a partnership with "Ma bouteille s'appelle revient", which ensures professional washing and disinfection for reuse. Labels are made from fully biodegradable seeded paper printed with organic ink. After enjoying the wine, the label can be peeled off, cut into pieces, and planted to grow wildflowers — a beautiful reminder that life continues even after the last drop.

Domaine de la Croix Blanche
(Winery in Côtes du Rhône)

Provides 1 wine tasting and winery visit from €19.00
In the heart of the Rhône Valley, at the southern gateway to the Gorges de l'Ardèche, where the garrigue alternates with the sunny hillsides of the Rhône, lies Domaine de la Croix Blanche. As a result of a long family tradition, 26 hectares of vineyards are cultivated using organic farming methods. Living by the rhythm of the vines, we have always worked to preserve the environment in which we operate, respecting the vines, the soil and the rhythm of the seasons. With a solid background in oenology, Guillaume Archambault took over the reins of the family domaine, created by his great-grandparents, in 2012. "My great-grandfather owned 15 hectares of vines in the commune of Bourg-Saint-Andéol, and my grandmother had a vineyard here in Saint-Martin d'Ardèche," explains Guillaume. From their union was born Domaine de la Croix Blanche, named after his great-grandfather's farm.  As for her, Laurene grew up at the very heart of the estate, immersed from childhood in the intoxicating atmosphere of winegrowing. In 2019, she joins her brother to contribute to the development and renown of the estate, in particular by taking care of wine sales and marketing. Both will offer you a warm welcome, sharing anecdotes about the estate's history and winemaking techniques, so that you can discover the emblematic cuvées and the diversity of the estate's wines! Join Laurène and Guillaume on their estate, where family heritage and passion for wine blend harmoniously.

Provides 1 wine tasting and winery visit from €15.00
Nestled in the picturesque region of Rousset Les Vignes, Domaine de la Bouvaude has a rich history dating back millions of years when the Mediterranean Sea flooded the area, leaving behind sediment and fossil beaches that still adorn the land today. This ancient geological heritage, combined with the sandy-clay soils at an altitude of 450 meters, creates the perfect environment for crafting elegant and complex wines. Benefiting from the natural protection of the Mistral wind, our vineyards are naturally shielded from pests, allowing us to pursue sustainable viticulture. Since 1930, Domaine de la Bouvaude has been family-owned, and today, Alain Blachon, with his expertise in geology and passion for wine, leads the estate into a new era. With a commitment to organic farming and eco-friendly practices, we are paving the way for future generations while respecting the land’s unique terroir. Our team is dedicated to innovation and sustainability, continuously improving our practices while maintaining the heritage and authenticity of our wines.
