The estate is dedicated to organic practices, achieving organic certification in 2020, and employs a meticulous approach to winemaking. Under the guidance of esteemed oenologist Claude Gros and renowned soil specialist Claude Bourguignon, Château Capion has embraced micro-plot selection, hand harvesting, and advanced winemaking techniques. Château Capion has quickly garnered critical acclaim, including a historic 98-point score at the Decanter World Wine Awards for a Languedoc white, and 96 points from Wine Advocate for its top red cuvée. Domaine des Conquêtes is above all a family story. Created in 1997 by a couple of Champagne winegrowers, the children Emilie & Charles took over the estate in 2008 and perpetuated the family philosophy. The vineyard extends over 13 hectares divided into a dozen small islands spread over the municipalities of Aniane and Puéchabon. The vines are grassed and trees are planted each year in the plots to preserve and develop biodiversity. The Domaine des Conquêtes team is made up of the vineyard team: Charles, Philippe, and Valentin; and the reception and marketing team with Emilie & Anaïs.

In the heart of Languedoc, facing the town of Sète and Mont Saint Clair, lulled by the Lagoon of Thau, Domaine Saint-André, with an area of 30 hectares, brings together all the traditional grape varieties of the Languedoc (Cinsault, Carignan, Chardonnay, Muscat, Roussanne, Vermentino, and Viognier), to which are added certain Bordeaux grape varieties (Merlot and Cabernet Franc). Its vineyard benefits from a Mediterranean climate tempered by maritime influences. Its soil, predominantly clay-limestone, is conducive to the production of excellent quality wines. Reasoned agriculture dominates the philosophy of the Domaine. All the technological means necessary for good vinification have been implemented. Traceability and food safety are the watchwords of Domaine Saint André. Each parcel is vinified independently to best optimize the blends.
