Tenuta Santoro is located in Valle d'Itria, where time seems to have stood still, a crossroads of peoples and civilizations of which legends of demigods, good devils, brigands and great drinkers (and a few saints) still live on in the tales of the aziani - memory of the district.  The winemaking activity is conducted in the heart of Valle d'Itria, between Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino, in the same land chosen by the owner's ancestors to plant the first vineyards and that today Marco Emilio Santoro cultivates in the fifth generation.
