Tenuta Santoro awaits you in Ostuni, in the heart of the Itria Valley, for a tasting of their wines paired with local delicacies.

After a walk through the vineyards and a visit to the adjoining underground wine cellar, you will enjoy the wine tasting experience in one of Tenuta Santoro's trulli, traditional dry stone huts typical of the area.

You can choose between three options:
- Classic tasting: tasting of three wines with taralli, olives and focaccia
- Superior tasting: tasting of three wines with taralli, olives, focaccia and a platter of local cold cuts and cheeses
- Premium tasting: tasting of three wines with taralli, olives, focaccia, local antipasti and a platter of local cured meats and cheeses

My friend and I came here at the end of June for my birthday and had a great time.
A very informative wine tour followed by tasting the lovely wines and some antipasti!!
The location was beautiful and very peaceful.

Wine tasting with Marco

my friend and I arrived at Tenuta Santoro and met the owner Marco who personally gave us a guided tour of his vineyards, the cellar where the wine making is done. He then gave us an exclusive wine tasting of his white, rosato and red wine. We were amazed to learn that everything about Tenuta Santoro is totally self sufficient and organic!! Thank you very much Marco for this unique experience

Passionate and tasty

Marco, the owner passionately tells about his organic way of growing the grapes and explains the whole process very clear. The tasting was very nice, 3 wines (white, rose and red), and not just a nip but refilled if you wanted. The accompanying food, made by his wife made it into great tasting experience, with lovely flavors.

Esperienza da farsi per gustare buon vino locale e godere di pace e tranquillità in mezzo alla campagna la, serata era ottima. Chiacchierare con Marco è stato un piacere persona cordiale.
Di passeggiata tra ulivi e viti come indicato non c'è stato nulla probabilmente perché la tenuta sparsa su un territorio ampio ed attorno alla masseria si trvano solo viti giovani piantate da poco a cui marco ci ha dato tute le dovute spiegazioni.
Assicuratevi quindi dei servizi che offrite.

Grazie mille. Le vigne più vicini alla cantina sono giovani di 4 anni e c'è da vedere tutto il necessario. Su richiesta di poter vedere delle vigne più vecchi si poteva fare tranquillamente visto che ne abbiamo 6 ha. Diciamo che la passeggiata nella vigna si allungava un pochino. La stessa cosa con gli ulivi. Purtroppo non tutti sono esposti a fare una passeggiata così impegnativa. Ci dispiace molto per l'inconvenienza.

Una sola volta non basta è sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere per l'ottima spiegazione, i magnifici paesaggi e non meno importante, l'ottimo vino.

Esperienza molto interessante nel cuore della valle d’itria, Un’esperienza che ha coniugato conoscenza, del luogo e della produzione vinicola, e scoperta dei sapori tipici delle valle pugliese. Il proprietario della tenuta é stato estremamente gentile nell’accoglierci, raccontarci e mostrarci tutti i passaggi della produzione. Tutto è stato rispettato secondo quello che l’iter prevedeva, compreso l’aperitivo finale con degustazione delle tre tipologie di vino prodotte.
