5 Very interesting (Antra)Our wine tasting was very interesting because we had never before enjoyed French wine that has been aged in glass containers and kept in the sun. The lady whose family owns this small winery told the story of how this method of wine fermentation came about. I highly recommend everyone to try this experience.

5 Exceptional Experience (Chris)Super tour guide full of knowledge in an absolutely stunning location. Nice that it’s a smaller intimate vineyard with a lot of history that’s was shared with us. The tastings were great alongside the cheese and bread with it. Again the knowledge of what cheese to try with what wine was great. Prices in the shop after were very fair. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend!

5 Amazing, family run vineyard! (Evie)We visited this vineyard as a large group celebrating our friend’s hen. The staff were so welcoming and relaxed and we ended up staying for a lot longer than we had booked! The service was warm and it was really interesting to hear about the vineyard’s history and how it is ran today. I would recommend this lovely, rustic, scenic vineyard to anyone. Thankyou so much for a gorgeous time, we all had such a lovely time tasting the delicious wines.

5 A sort of paradise 15 min from Nice (Marco)The vineyard is bucolic! The wine types unique in they way they are produced (they rest from 3 to 8 months under the sun).. The owners George and Dominique and their English guide and multi-task assistant, Ludmilla are great hosts. Even our Shiba inu enjoyed the place so much that did not want to leave it. We will come back again next time we are in this area.

Å komme hjem til familien som driver gården, høre historien deres og se lidenskapen de legger i arbeidet sitt, gjorde besøket personlig og varmt. Vi fikk smake på flere av deres viner – hver med sin unike karakter og historie – og kvaliteten var imponerende. Atmosfæren var rolig og genuin, og gjestfriheten gjorde at vi følte oss som en del av familien. En opplevelse jeg varmt anbefaler til alle som ønsker å kombinere vakker natur, ekte lokal historie og førsteklasses vin.

5 An incredible place for a spectacular experience (Daniel)The vineyard is located in a beautiful place. The view is simply spectacular. We tasted different wines with regional cheeses after learning about the production process. The people were very kind and made us feel very welcome the whole time.

5 Lovely evening tasting at the Domaine des Hautes Collines (Laurent)An interesting discovery of a neighboring vineyard located at the foot of the Baou de Saint-Jeannet. While the wines are offered and explained to you, the hostess tells you the family history of the Rasse clan. Georges, the winemaker, will have you discover his organic wines and his method of aging wine in demijohns in the sun. The tour of the estate and the cellar was really great, as the vineyard offers a landscape of vines and olive trees with a view of the sea. Rémy Rasse, the "Argentinian" brother, is a painter. He creates the bottle labels and his colorful paintings are displayed in the tasting cellar. On the beautiful terrace, the demijohns are exposed to the sun for famous vintages like the Longo Mai or the Rosé Tuilé de Saint-Jeannet. The vineyard's motto: LONGO MAÏ means "For a long time to come" in Provençal. That is what we wish for them!

4 What an experience!! Beautiful (Francesca)Fantastic place, a warm welcome and everything perfect as described. We opted for the 5-wine tasting with a charcuterie board and I have to say it did not disappoint our expectations; the explanations of the wines were very clear and also suitable for those without a lot of experience. Beautiful location.
