This is a homey place not elegant or extravagant but makes for a nice afternoon in a simple way. The wine was good, the accompanying treats nice and I am glad we went.

5 Delightful Evening (Chris)We spent a delightful evening with Maurizio and his family at the wine tasting last night. We got to try several different wines, white, red and sparkling along with antipasti from the region. (Romina was also able to provide gluten free options for the food which was much appreciated). We also found out a lot not only about the wine and how it is produced but also the history of the region. We would highly recommend this experience for a relaxed and pleasant evening in Le Marche.

5 Just perfect (Rico)We had a wonderful afternoon. The passionate owner spoke at length about his winery and his wines. His wife spoiled us with delicious food and, of course, we tasted some wonderful wines. Later in the week, we had another delicious meal at a different location, nestled among the vines. It's not always available, but we were lucky.

5 Lovely evening! (Melissa)We had a lovely time at the vinyard wine tasting. The food was wonderful, everyone was so kind and the wine was delicious. I learned about Le Marche local wines and really loved the rosso frizzante. The other people at our table were very friendly and a lot of fun. I only wish I spoke better Italian!

The owner was very inspiring and told us not only about wine making and the wines but also about the history of the region.

4 Great and delicious wine tasting cantina (Susan)We had a very nice visit with 4 persons to the cantina. We started with a tour where we could see all the machines, wine barrels and Mauro told us about the wine process! Very interesting! After the tour we started the tasting and we tasted 5 delicious wines including vino cotto! Mauro's wife made antipasti and cake. Excellent! I really can recommend this wine tasting! You can buy the wine afterwards for a really good (low) price! So we can also enjoy the wines in the Netherlands when we will be back from holiday.

5 Wonderful wine tasting in Le Marche (JENNIFER)My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our tasting at Terre San Ginesio. Maurizio showed us around the whole production facility and we learned so much about the local area. Along with delicious homemade treats from his wife, Romina, we tasted a variety of wines and the one of a kind vino cotto, a specialty of the area. All of the wines were of great quality and with a an affordable price-we we’re delighted to have found this local treasure.

Don't expect a typical wine tasting session with an expert who points out every detail, but an hour and a half of stories and interesting facts about the area and the history of the wines they produce. The accompanying food was delicious, with vegetables, cheeses, and salamis served with delicious focaccia.
