Fernão Pó is a family winery in Fernando Po, where two families, related to winemaking for generations, Freitas & Palhoça, were combined. Since its founding by Aníbal da Silva Freitas in the '50s, the winery has grown attached to the local winemaking tradition. At that time wine was part of everyday life, inseparable from food, sold at the cellar door. Visitors arrived on weekends to stock  up for the whole year, shared stories and became friends. And as friends, you are welcome to visit the winery, and learn a bit about everyday work in a winery.  It is this legacy that the family maintains until this days.

ASL Tomé is a historic winery located in Pinhal Novo, founded in 1953 by Américo de Sousa Lopes. The estate, Quinta da Cascalheira, has been passed down through generations and is now part of the Setúbal Peninsula Wine Route. Known for blending traditional and modern winemaking techniques, the winery reflects over 100 years of expertise. Adega Belém was founded by Catarina and David, winemakers, academics, and world travelers, who transformed a former car repair shop in Lisbon’s urban Belém neighborhood into a vibrant winery. Their mission is to craft the most flavorful wines possible, collaborating with vine growers, wine academics, enthusiasts, and distributors who share a passion for creating complex and soulful wines from Portuguese varietals. The winemaking at Adega Belém blends modern cellar technology with a minimal intervention approach inspired by the natural wine movement that began in France 40 years ago. All wines undergo spontaneous fermentation without added sulfites, preserving the diversity of yeast and resulting in organically balanced, complex wines. The grapes are sourced from vineyards located on both sides of the Tagus River, where the Atlantic breezes, combined with the coastal mountain ranges of Sintra, Montejunto, and Arrábida, along with ample sunshine, ensure a slow and steady ripening period.
