About Winery and Wines

The Herdade Canal Caveira winery finds itself at the foot of the Sierra de Grândola, between the Alentejo and the Atlantic. Here they produce quality wines with the help of the Herdade Canal Caveira team, composed of 14 permanent employees, responsible for the quality of the wines produced, to whom the Paiva family, owners of the property, is grateful for the high commitment revealed daily.

Herdade Canal Caveira's vineyards benefit from the maritime influence of the Vicentina Coast, a microclimate of unparalleled originality. The property has an area of 45 hectares, 25 of which are vineyards. An excellent thermal amplitude, sandy soils, and Atlantic influence give Herdade Canal Caveira wines that are elegant, complex, and persistent. A perfect terroir for quality wines and demanding wine lovers.
