Cantine Merinum is a winery born from a deep passion for the land and the art of winemaking, rooted in the enchanting region of Vieste, at the foot of the Umbra Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The story of our winery is intertwined with the memories of Cinzia Quitadamo, a young viticulturist who transformed her childhood experiences in her grandfather's vineyard into a lifelong dedication to creating exceptional wines. Cinzia's journey began with a simple yet profound memory of a hot summer afternoon in her grandfather's vineyard, where the sights, sounds, and scents of the land ignited her love for wine. After completing her studies, Cinzia returned to her beloved Vieste and acquired a vineyard, where she brought her dream to life by founding Cantine Merinum. Here, we cultivate native vines such as Bombino Bianco, Nero di Troia, Malvasia Nera, and Sussumaniello, each of which tells the story of our origins and the rich heritage of Apulia. At Cantine Merinum, we are dedicated to crafting wines that not only reflect the unique terroir of our land but also evoke the timeless beauty of the region. Le Aziende Agricole Tenute Cantine Cimaglia fondate nel 1889, si estendono su 150 ettari di vigneti, oliveti, seminativi e boschi. Da alcunni anni specializzate nella coltivazione della vite e dell'ulivo, hanno ottenuto lusinghieri successi e riconoscimenti in Italia e all'estero. Attualmente sono tra i più rappresentativi centri di produzione e imbottigliamento dei vini del Gargano, preciso riferimento per il consumatore attento e conoscitore delle produzioni di qualità. Si effettuano spedizioni di vini e olio in tutta Italia ed anche all'estero tramite corriere espresso. The Tenute Cantine Cimaglia Winery founded in 1889, spread over 150 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, arable land and woods. Bodega del 1900, una de las primeras en tener depósitos de cemento que aún se conservan y puedes visitar. Es una bodega pequeña, pero a veces, menos es más. Alojamiento para tres personas, ocasionalmente grupos más grandes previo acuerdo.
