Wine tasting experience

Had a lovely time hearing around the different wines & why the cheese was picked to suit. Felt no pressure to buy afterwards which was great. Great host, very friendly.

Good wines

The winery is located in a very lively area, the quality of the wines and food is excellent. Furthermore, the guy who served us, Romero, is a great connoisseur of the wines they offer, he was very helpful and attentive at all times.

Excellent tasting at Espaço Porto Cruz

It was a complete tasting with 5 different Port wines and nice accompaniments.
The waiter was very interesting, he informed us about the differences between these Port wines, and gave very good advice about food and wine pairings.

Very fun for a group

I went with a group of friends for the tasting with the chocolates and we had a blast. The waitress was very friendly and easy to make jokes with which was a big plus! We sat outside and had a nice view of the Douro and the riverfront on the other side. The experience you get for what you pay, also more than fair so I can only recommend this establishment.

Not really a winery

It's not a winery visit, it's really a bar-hall where they pour you glasses of port, they explain how each one is made and then you just drink as if it were a bar. There were 4 different ones with chocolates, served cold and the glasses were quite full.
