Surrounded by nature, the farm features a fragrant lemon grove within a beautiful garden. Peppe Pollio, who inherited the farm, continues to cultivate the land using organic farming methods, respecting the environment and enhancing the natural flavors and scents of the region.

Il Convento production include traditional Limoncello, creamy variations like Limoncello Cream, as well as other citrus-based liqueurs such as Arancello (orange liqueur). The estate also produces a range of gift items and specialty foods that complement their liqueurs. Each product is crafted using traditional methods, focusing on the authentic flavors of the Sorrento Peninsula.
