In 1982, Piero Costantini acquired the historic vineyards of Cardinal Pallotta in Monte Porzio Catone, driven by a vision to produce prestigious wines that embody the essence of this unique terroir. At Villa Simone, the pedoclimatic conditions find their finest expression in the cultivation of Malvasia Puntinata, a native grape variety that defines the character of the area.
