Azienda Agricola Castelle

Located in Castelvenere, in the heart of Sannio, Ca'Stelle is a distinguished wine producer with a legacy that dates back over thirty years. Founded by brothers Mariano and Raffaele Assini in 1991, the winery is rooted in the rich viticultural history of the region, known for its exceptional grapes since Ancient Greece. The Assini brothers have crafted their wines with one key ingredient: passion.

Inspired by a magical September evening beneath a starlit sky, Ca'Stelle was born. Standing before their vineyards, Mariano and Raffaele made a toast, not just to the stars, but to their shared dream of creating a winery. Today, their wines reflect the natural beauty and timeless traditions of Sannio, combining a deep respect for nature with a commitment to quality in every bottle.

Azienda Agricola Ca'Stelle offers a diverse range of wines primarily derived from the indigenous Falanghina and Aglianico grapes, highlighting the rich winemaking tradition of the Sannio region. In addition to these well-known varieties, the winery has revived the Camaiola grape (formerly known as Barbera del Sannio), once used mainly for blending but now celebrated for its unique and complex bouquet.
