At Blancher, we have dedicated generations to the world of wine and cava. Our story began in 1935 as a family project born from a love for the land and the dream of creating cavas with their own identity in the heart of the Penedès region.

Today, we continue working with the same passion and artisanal spirit, carefully looking after every detail from the vineyard to the bottle. Behind Blancher is a family committed to tradition, quality, and respect for our land, bringing the authenticity and character of our history into every glass.

Our wines and cavas are born from our own vineyards, cultivated with deep respect for the environment and the traditional grape varieties of the Penedès region. We mainly work with Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes, always seeking the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

Every wine reflects the care, patience, and passion we put into our work. The result is elegant, fresh wines and cavas with their own personality, created to be shared in special moments and to express the true essence of our land.
