Bodegas El Sitio, established in 2016, is a family-run winery located in Tacoronte, Tenerife, within the unique volcanic soils of the Canary Islands. Founded by the González Yanes family, the winery emphasizes sustainability and self-sufficiency, being the only energy-independent winery in the Canary Islands. Blending traditional methods with modern techniques, the winery produces distinctive monovarietal wines that capture the island’s rich terroir. The volcanic environment, combined with diverse microclimates, gives their wines a unique minerality and character that appeals to wine enthusiasts worldwide.
