About Winery and Wines

At Bugno Martino, wine is synonymous with quality, research, tradition, and, above all, passion and reflection. Located in San Benedetto Po in the province of Mantua, our winery is dedicated to producing artisan and classic Lambrusco, a wine we've always cherished. Our vineyards, named after the old hamlet of San Benedetto Po, are in the heart of Oltrepò Mantovano, the homeland of Mantuan Lambrusco. For over ten years, we’ve been committed to making natural, local wines that reflect both ancient practices and innovative technologies.

Our 9-hectare vineyard, cultivated with traditional Mantuan grape varieties like Salamino, Ancellotta, and Grappello Ruberti, is the foundation of our Lambrusco wines. We use selective Simonit & Sirch pruning and limit intervention in the winery to preserve the vineyard's essence. This careful approach ensures that our wines capture the personality, structure, and unique characteristics of each vintage, embodying the spirit of our land.
