Sorres Winery was founded by two sisters whose vision combines generations of family winemaking tradition with a modern, innovative approach. Located in Romangia, one of the most historic wine-growing areas of north-western Sardinia, the winery is dedicated to producing wines that authentically express the character of the local terroir.

Sustainability is at the heart of the winery's philosophy. Organic farming practices, respect for biodiversity, and careful vineyard management ensure that technology and environmental responsibility go hand in hand. Every vine is tended by hand, and the grapes are harvested and selected manually to preserve the highest quality from vineyard to bottle.

The Pensamentu range showcases authentic, terroir-driven wines crafted for those seeking elegant expressions of nature and tradition. S'Affidu is a limited-edition wine, with only 600 bottles produced, blending renowned Sardinian grape varieties with Merlot to create a complex wine intended for slow appreciation. The Fuori Confine collection, including both a rosé and a red wine, is the result of a collaboration with another winemaker, representing an innovative project that goes beyond traditional boundaries while celebrating shared expertise.
