Ottimi i prodotti e l'ospitalità.

Tolle Weinkellerei und leckere Weine ✨

Rate: 5 out of 5 6/1/25

Patrizia was excellent. She shared so much information with us and is very knowledgeable about the history, the process, and the various wines in the region.
The wines were delicious….from the sparkling wines, to the whites and our favorite…the tasty reds. Definitely a very enjoyable experience.
We appreciate the tasty snacks served with the wines.

About Winery and Wines

Our roots date back to 1908 thanks to the farsightedness of the founder, don Giovanni Battista Panizza: he was able to define the cooperation as “that very strong instrument that allows many farmers to gather their strengths in order to shape a big power for everybody”. Every member, as simple farmer, could turn into a small agricultural entrepreneur who is convinced and committed to be part of an efficient and dynamic reality which is able to read and interpret the trends. The brand Vivallis was created in 2004 from the centuries-old heritage of Società Agricoltori Vallagarina – Vallis Agri Scarl. “VI” as vinegrowers (viticoltori), vine (vite), wine (vino) and life (vita); “VALLIS” to remark the strong connection with the latin origins and with the roots of the valley’s enological culture. The brand mirrors the historical and passionate link of the work in the vineyard and in the cellar as coherent expression of its territory. Today Vivallis conveys the strength of its roots, dating back to 1908, by harvesting and vinifying grapes from over 900 hectars of vineyards which are located in traditional areas and are wisely cultivated by over 700 farmers under the supervision of an expert team of agronomists and winemakers. The production goal is ambitious: bringing culture, history and passion for the past in our wines and offering more modern products through a controlled use of innovative technology in order to continue to be a true and dynamic expression of Vallagarina.completed has just terminated an enlargement and renovation process at structural and organizational level aiming at giving a more modern configuration to a recognized historical institution in the viticultural tradition of Vallagarina. An important investment has been made for the redevelopment of the wine shop.

Vallagarina is a unique valley which is deeply tied to its roots, with a sprinkle of cultural vivacity and marked by a true love for the territory and the environment. Geographically it is located in the southern part of Trentino and crossed by the Adige river in its flow towards Verona from the fortress of Castel Beseno until the Castel of Sabbionara di Avio. In these lands, between villages and Medieval castles, the wonderful vineyard garden has found its place. The geological history of the valley, the flowing streams coming from the adjacent mountains and the river Adige have contributed to configure a great variety of soils. Such a diversity, together with the climatic differences caused by the hilly elevation and by various exposures, enable the cultivation of many grape varieties in Vallagarina, that is why a particularly assorted and diversified wine range is marketed.
