Small vineyard of 4 Ha in organic farming in the PDO Fronton (South-West), composed of indigenous and historical grape varieties such as Négrette, Prunelar, Duras. The Château des Peyraux is reborn from oblivion with natural and gourmet cuvées. Great attention is given to the soil, to the natural rhythms, and manual care of the vines is constant and meticulous, up to the harvest by hand. Vinification and aging at the Château, accordinf to the rules of natural wines ( low or no sulfites added).
