El Jardí dels Sentits

El Jardí dels Sentits (The Garden of the Senses) is a project matured since 20 years, but recently commercialised.

Mª Assumption, our mother, inherited 9 Has from our grandparents's vineyard Raventós . Our father, captain of ship, and our mother, artist, continued the familiar tradition of sparkling wines at very small scale.

Managing the Familiar vineyard since the 1998, discovered to us  the potential of these  small vineyards always  worked with passion. Our sparkling wine ages very long time, at the pure style of our grandfather. Al Jardí dels  Sentits, we incorporate wines from one unique plot, so as to enhace richness of the Mediterranean varieties. The crop is ecological since the 2014, incorporating vegetal cover, garbage matured by ourselves and some biodynamic techniques . The wine itself will directly speak to you through your senses!

The wine will speak to you through your senses while exhibiting the efforts we pour into these vineyards.
Our Mysterious wines are single-plot (estate wines) with small productions of 1000 to 2000 bottles to interpret how each variety is expressed in the plot (plots from 0.2 to 1 Ha ). Only the natural cold of winter clarifies and stabilizes our wines, so they present slight precipitates or even some crystallized natural salt.
