Una experiencia absolutamente inolvidable. La cata de vinos no solo destacó por la calidad de cada copa servida, sino, sobre todo, por el trato exquisito y cercano de la chica que nos guió en el recorrido. Su pasión por el mundo del vino se transmite en cada palabra: explica con una claridad y un entusiasmo que hacen que hasta los más inexpertos se sientan parte de un viaje sensorial único. Con paciencia y simpatía respondió a todas nuestras dudas, aportando detalles curiosos que hicieron que el mediodía se convirtiera en un momento especial y diferente. Más que una simple cata, fue una auténtica lección de cultura, buen gusto y hospitalidad. Sin duda, un plan que recomendaría una y mil veces.

Ha sido una cata maravillosa, en un jardín lleno de paz y con una gran anfitriona, Ada, que con su dulzura y su profesionalidad, nos ha transmitido la pasión y el buen sabor de sus vinos. Todos riquísimos. Si te apetece un buen vino, en un lugar de ambiente familiar y con encanto, rodeado de paz y sabiduría, ésta es tu bodega.
Probal el vino Ancestral, toda una sorpresa para el paladar.

Ambiente muy familiar y muy buen trato. El celler está situado en un pueblo pequeñito, la pena es que no pudimos ver las viñas.
A nosotras particularmente nos gustó mucho el vino correfoc, un tinto muy suave.

We were with a group of friends and it was amazing. We had different wines that were all really nice. Also, it was very flexible (no problem that we started half an hour late). It was a really nice experience.

About Winery and Wines

El Jardí dels Sentits (The Garden of the Senses) is a project matured since 20 years, but recently commercialised.

Mª Assumption, our mother, inherited 9 Has from our grandparents's vineyard Raventós . Our father, captain of ship, and our mother, artist, continued the familiar tradition of sparkling wines at very small scale.

Managing the Familiar vineyard since the 1998, discovered to us the potential of these small vineyards always worked with passion. Our sparkling wine ages very long time, at the pure style of our grandfather. Al Jardí dels Sentits, we incorporate wines from one unique plot, so as to enhace richness of the Mediterranean varieties. The crop is ecological since the 2014, incorporating vegetal cover, garbage matured by ourselves and some biodynamic techniques . The wine itself will directly speak to you through your senses!

The wine will speak to you through your senses while exhibiting the efforts we pour into these vineyards.
Our Mysterious wines are single-plot (estate wines) with small productions of 1000 to 2000 bottles to interpret how each variety is expressed in the plot (plots from 0.2 to 1 Ha ). Only the natural cold of winter clarifies and stabilizes our wines, so they present slight precipitates or even some crystallized natural salt.
