Me and my boyfriend had the best day visiting Anastasia vineyard. Jason was the perfect host. He was very informative, friendly, down to earth and professional. The vineyard was beautiful. We loved the cooking class and the 11 course meal was amazing. The wine was really really good. I bought a bottle to bring home for us to enjoy together. I would recommend this to anyone! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much for an experience we will always remember.
The wine we purchased to bring home was a white wine with a blue oval label. It says “Taxideftis - Athiri” on the bottle. I believe it was number 3 of the white wines we tasted on the day. Definitely recommend this wine. Although, many other nice ones too!

Enjoyable experience with Greek wine and food

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon at the small family-run Anastasia vineyards.. Jason was a gracious host.. it was an educational experience learning about each of the grape varieties grown onsite along with the wine tastings afterwards. The interactive cooking lessons were great and the bountiful meal the kitchen staff cooked up was boarding on absurd! We left more than completely full. Jason also shared the recipes with our group so we could continue to prepare these Greek dishes at home as we fondly remember our experience. Thanks Jason!
Very enjoyable. Recommend coming ready to learn, ask questions, open to appreciate the vineyards’s style of wine, and more importantly be prepared to eat vast amounts of food!

About Winery and Wines

Anastasia Triantafillou Winery is a family-owned estate on the island of Rhodes, dedicated to producing small quantities of high-quality wines from both local and international grape varieties. The estate also operates a professional distillery, producing Tsipouro, a traditional pressed grape distillate. Unique to the island, Anastasia Triantafillou offers a dining experience at their on-site restaurant, which boasts stunning views of the surrounding vineyards, providing guests with an immersive experience that combines fine wine, exquisite spirits, and local culinary delights.

At Anastasia Triantafillou Winery, wines are crafted in stainless steel tanks with winemaking techniques designed to highlight the unique characteristics of each grape variety. The estate spans over 7 hectares, with all wines produced from grapes exclusively grown on the property. The varieties cultivated include the local white grape Athiri, the local red Mandilaria and Muscat of Alexandria, as well as international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. This focus ensures each wine truly represents its varietal identity.
