Fantastic experience!

Lovely wines, amazing location and views of the vin yards. We went as a couple and we’re given lots of detail about every wine. We loved the authenticity and family feel and it was super interesting to see how the wine is created. Very clean and impressive.

Wonderful Experience!

Our experience at the Olivini vineyard was excellent. We got a private tour in the wine factory with information on the vineyard itself and how they make their different wines. Then we got the chance to taste their delicious wines with plenty of local food!

All'arrivo ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente offrendoci un caffè in attesa che arrivassero le altre persone del gruppo, con noi 8 in totale.
L'ambiente è molto accogliente e spazioso. Il tour della cantina è cominciato nell'area di prima lavorazione e fermentazione, passando dalla barricaia, molto suggestiva con musica classica, fino all'impianto di imbottigliamento.
La degustazione è stata molto piacevole, assaggiando vini fermi e metodo classico. Cinque bianchi, due rosé, due rossi e un dolce. Una piacevole esperienza alla scoperta di aziende bresciane con la passione per il vino genuino di qualità.

La nostra esperienza da Olivini è stata bellissima, i ragazzi che ci hanno seguito nella visita della cantina e durante la degustazione erano preparatissimi e disponibili.
La cantina di nuova realizzazione e la sala d'accoglienza sono un gioiellino da vedere!!! E ovviamente il vino... buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente

They serve their wine pairing with the appropriate food (cheese, ham, speck, salami etc)

About Winery and Wines

Everyone in the wine industry gives a personal interpretation of the heritage and culture of their wines. Our company has always tried to elevate the peculiarities of each of our vineyard, vines and even individual strains. This meticulous process led us to believe, almost like a dogma, in the potential of our varieties vinified in purity and reinterpreted in a modern way. Absolute respect for the inherent characteristics of the grapes, choosing the most appropriate methods of vinification with preparation of detailed plans for every single vine. Continuous efforts directed at agronomic consolidation of a personal production style, through propagation of vegetative material of our vines, which allows us to challenge the market with wines that we designed and developed, such as the Lugana Metodo Classico and Merlot raisin wine.

The chance to work on "accursed" calcareous clay, which demands so much labor in the vineyard and also appeases with results and fruits that we receive from these lands. The mineral characters transferred to the wines of Lugana, the power and elegance of the Notte a San Martino, the richness of Condolcezza; the longevity and the character of fresh sparkling wines, are all the gifts that our land gives us. Our only concern is the ability to fully appreciate and share them with the patrons of good wine.
