The Freixenet vineyards are primarily located in the heart of the Penedès region, a privileged area that is greatly influenced by the Mediterranean climate, with three different cultivation areas: the coast, the flatlands and the mountains. Three ideal soils for the classic cava varietals: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada.
