About Winery and Wines
At Les Acàcies, we are proud to be the smallest winery in the world, rooted in the Bages region and driven by our passion for wine and the land. As artisans of the vineyard, we work tirelessly to reflect the natural environment and unique qualities of our fruit in every bottle. Our philosophy is rooted in freedom—free from traditional dogmas, allowing us to express the essence of Bages through native grape varieties like mandó, picapoll, sumoll, and garnacha. Every bottle is a reflection of our love for the land.
We produce wines in small quantities through micro-vinification, focusing on capturing the best expression of each grape variety. For Avinius and Instant de Flor, we use French oak barrels to bring out balsamic and spicy notes. Desbordant and Opositor are aged in cement tanks, which softens the tannins and enhances the floral aromas. Each wine tells its own story, crafted with precision and care to offer a smooth, complex tasting experience that showcases the exceptional terroir of Bages.
