The Mas Bertran winery produces both still and sparkling wines from the key grape varieties of the Penedés region, including Xarel·lo, Macabeu, Parellada, and Sumoll. Their offerings include:
Nutt Xarel·lo (D.O. Penedès): A young wine, heir to old vines, representing the essence of the region.
Nutt Macabeu (D.O. Penedès): A tribute to the vines cultivated by the family’s grandfather, surrounded by Mediterranean forests and aromatic plants typical of the Penedès.
Nutt Rosé (D.O. Penedès): The winery’s first rosé, made from 100% Sumoll, a nearly extinct native Catalan variety. It is a pale rosé obtained through a brief maceration of the must with the skins.
Nutt Sumoll (D.O. Penedès): The first red wine made from Sumoll, one of the oldest Catalan varieties, which Mas Bertran is working to preserve.
Nutt Grenache (D.O. Montsant): A high-quality wine from Montsant, where Garnatxa takes center stage, crafted with a blend of modern technology and traditional winemaking methods.
