Pizzini Wines

Pizzini Wines is a family-owned winery located in the King Valley, Australia, founded in 1978 by Alfredo and Katrina Pizzini. Deeply rooted in Italian heritage, the winery was inspired by the journey of Alfredo’s parents, who emigrated from Trentino in Northern Italy in search of a better life. This legacy of resilience, passion, and dedication continues to define the estate today.

From the planting of the first vines in 1978 to the release of the first Pizzini wine in 1994, the winery has steadily grown while remaining true to its family values. Today, all four of Alfredo and Katrina’s children—Natalie, Joel, Carlo, and Nicole—are actively involved in the business, contributing to its evolution and success. The cellar door, housed in traditional tobacco drying kilns typical of the region, offers a warm and authentic atmosphere where visitors can experience the strong connection between Italian culture and Australian terroir.

Pizzini Wines specializes in Italian grape varieties, producing wines that combine Italian style with the unique character of the King Valley. The range includes varieties such as Pinot Grigio, Arneis, Prosecco, Sangiovese, and Nebbiolo, all crafted to pair beautifully with food and enhance the convivial Italian dining experience.
