Wonderful Brunch

We had a wonderful tour of the vineyard followed by a very tasty brunch paired sure wine. The food was delicious and the wines we tasted complimented the food perfectly. The guide and room were beautiful and my friends loved the experience.

Fiz parte do grupo da Universidade Sénior de Vila Franca de Xira, cuja visita a Quinta do Gradil, foi agendada para 17 de Abril. fiquei deveras impressionado pelo profissionalismo de toda a equipa, que nos acompanhou na visita a quinta e adega, pelo primor das explicações , que nos foram dadas ao longo da visita. o Pic-Nic foi uma maravilha, bem como a prova de vinhos. Quero realçar o empenho do nosso Guia Bruno que nos conduziu até à Fábrica do Gelo e Moinhos, sem o seu empenho certamente não teriamos outra grande equipa , que nos deu explicações exaustivas, tanto na fábrica do gelo bem como nos moinhos. Para todos o meu Bem-Haja e o desejo muitas felicidades. Voltarei sempre que me seja possível e divulgarei junto dos meus Amigos, um abraço.

About Winery and Wines

Quinta do Gradil is one of the oldest wine estates in the Lisbon region, with roots going back to the 15th century. Located on 200 hectares of scenic land at the foothills of the Serra de Montejunto, just an hour from Lisbon, the estate offers 120 hectares of vineyards planted with both Portuguese and international varieties. Quinta do Gradil is home to a diverse range of grape varieties spread across its 120 hectares of vineyards. From Portuguese varieties like Arinto, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional to international favorites such as Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Cabernet Sauvignon, the estate produces an impressive selection of wines. Our portfolio includes elegant whites, rich reds, sparkling wines, a distinctive late harvest wine, and a unique spirit.

Each grape at Quinta do Gradil is carefully vinified in our state-of-the-art cellar under the guidance of our expert team, led by oenologists António Ventura and Vera Moreira. Their expertise ensures that each wine reflects the unique terroir of the Lisbon region, from the fresh, vibrant whites to the full-bodied reds.
