Tenuta Uccellina, established in 1960 by Ugo Rusticali, is nestled in the rolling hills of Romagna, close to the Adriatic Sea. The winery's philosophy emphasizes the utmost respect for the grapes, both in the vineyard and the cellar. Each grape variety is handled differently, drawing on decades of winemaking expertise to bring out the best in every vintage. Hermes Rusticali, Alberto's son, represents the future of Tenuta Uccellina. A graduate in Viticulture and Oenology, Hermes combines his deep respect for tradition with a forward-looking approach, experimenting with new techniques and technologies to continually enhance the quality of the wines. The Rusticali family’s enduring legacy is one of innovation rooted in tradition, with a profound connection to the land that has nurtured their vineyards for over six decades. Tenuta Uccellina's winemaking process is grounded in a philosophy of minimal intervention, both in the vineyard and the cellar, ensuring that only the highest quality grapes are selected. The vineyard follows an integrated management system that carefully limits interventions based on the year’s climate. Grapes are hand-harvested, with unhealthy bunches discarded to maintain purity and reduce the need for additives in the winemaking process. This meticulous care extends across a diverse range of wines, each crafted to showcase the unique terroir of Romagna.

Among the standout offerings, Samoré is a rich and complex red wine, while Sangiovese Clivo and Sangiovese Ghineo capture the essence of Sangiovese with depth and elegance. Blu Burson and Burson bring the robust character of Uva Longanesi to the forefront, offering bold flavors and a strong structure. The Rambëla series showcases the versatility of the Famoso grape, available as a fresh and aromatic still wine, the sparkling Rambëla Brut, and the sweet, luscious Rambëla Passito.
