Discover the unique terroir of Breganze with a premium wine tasting experience at Vignaioli Contrà Soarda, a family-run organic winery nestled in the volcanic hills of Veneto. With roots dating back to 1904, the estate combines tradition and innovation through sustainable viticulture and a bio-architectural cellar.
During this guided tasting, you’ll enjoy a curated selection of three reserve wines from the estate’s top single vineyards, each expressing the character of the volcanic soils.
The tasting includes:
- Vignasilan – A still white wine made from Vespaiola grapes, aged in bottle to reveal intense yellow hues, citrus notes, white truffle aromas, and a mineral finish.
- Terre di Lava – A still red Merlot fermented in oak and aged in barriques, offering aromas of red fruits, vanilla, and leather, with balanced tannins.
- Vignacorejo – A limited edition Pinot Noir aged over 10 years, showing a light color with orange hints, complex earthy aromas, and an elegant, full-bodied palate.
To enhance the tasting, the wines are served with a gourmet food pairing arranged on a repurposed wine barrel stave ("doga"). The pairing includes:
- Local cheeses like Asiago, Bastardo del Grappa, and goat cheese aged in grape marc
- Cured meats from estate-raised Rendena bulls
- Bruschetta drizzled with Pomèa Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced on the estate
