Tasting of Fresh Wines and Winery Tour at Corte Fornello in Valeggio sul Mincio
Here is what's in store for you
A member of the Venturelli family will welcome you to Corte Fornello to guide you through their estate in the countryside of Valeggio sul Mincio. The visit begins among the vineyards and continues inside the winery, where you will see the winemaking cellar and the bottling area. The tour concludes with a stop in the historic 18th-century barrel cellar.
After the tour, your guided tasting begins. In good weather, it takes place in the estate's courtyard; otherwise, you will be hosted in a dedicated indoor tasting room.
You will taste three wines that express the character of the Lake Garda territory: a Custoza DOC white, a Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC rosé, and a Bardolino DOC red.
The wines are served with a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, including coppa, salami, pancetta, Monte Custoza, Ubriacone, and Grana Padano, accompanied by bread and water. This experience offers a direct connection to the area through its flavors, history, and the family that brings them to life.

The winery is in the countryside and is best reached by car or taxi. On-site parking is available for you in the main courtyard, which you will see as you enter.

Interesting wines, simple but “studied”; accompanied by selected local products. Obviously, wine shopping at the end. Excellent quality/price ratio.
