You’ll then proceed to the winery, visiting both the vinification area and the aging cellar, where time and craftsmanship transform the finest grapes into one of Italy’s most iconic wines.
The highlight of this experience is a vertical tasting of four Amarone vintages, showcasing the evolution of this prestigious DOCG wine: Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2010, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Bio 2015, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Bio 2019, and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Austernia 2018. To conclude on a sweet note, you’ll enjoy a glass of Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Bio 2021, the historic dessert wine of Valpolicella.
