The Aldrighetti family welcomes you to Le Bignele, their winery in the heart of Valpolicella.

Your visit begins with a tour of the cellar, where your hosts will explain the stages of production, from the grape harvest to the aging process that gives their wines their character. You will then move to the tasting room for a guided tasting of Le Bignele's entire range.

The tasting includes 7 wines, beginning with Rosé Veronese IGT, followed by Rosso Veronese IGT, Valpolicella Classico DOC, Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC, Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC, Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, and the sweet Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG.

The wines will be paired with a platter of cured meats and cheeses, which may include such products as coppa, soppressa, Monte Veronese, or Grana, depending on seasonal availability.

This experience is also designed for families. Children can join the tour and will be offered a bottle of cherry juice from the estate's own trees, allowing them to take part in the toast with the adults.

An authentic experience among wine and beautiful landscapes
Situated among the splendid hills of Valpolicella, the winery offers a breathtaking view that serves as the perfect backdrop to the tasting of their excellent wines. The guide was fantastic: very knowledgeable and passionate, she shared with us a wealth of interesting information about the production process and the characteristics of the wines, making the visit pleasant and informative. The atmosphere was relaxed and convivial, we felt right at home. The wines offered were perfectly paired with an excellent snack that completed the experience impeccably. I highly recommend this visit to anyone who wishes to discover the wines of Valpolicella in a genuine and familiar setting.
