Your journey at Cascina Giambolino begins with a visit to the vineyards and winery, where guests will learn about the estate’s sustainable farming practices, traditional winemaking techniques, and artisanal meat production. The tour highlights the importance of short supply chains and high-quality, locally produced goods. Following the tour, guests will enjoy a guided tasting inside the weighing house (pesa) or, during warmer months, under the pergola.

For your tasting experience, you can select three wines from Cascina Giambolino's range, which includes Colli Tortonesi D.O.C. Timorasso Derthona, Monleale Barbera, sparkling Cortese, Barbera rosé, and Croatina. The tasting is complemented by a selection of house-made cured meats, including the renowned Salame Nobile del Giarolo, and the iconic Montebore cheese.

Weather permitting, the experience can be extended with a vineyard walk, offering stunning views of the Langhe-Roero e Monferrato wine-growing area.
