Natural Wine Tasting in the hills of Tortona: Explore Valli Unite & its Organic Products
Here is what's in store for you
You will meet at the entrance of the Valli Unite restaurant, where we’ll gather all participants before starting the experience.
From here, you’ll embark on a 30-minute guided tour of the Valli Unite agricultural cooperative, discovering the values that guide our work and the daily life of a historic organic producer of wine, honey, cereals, and livestock in the hills of Tortona.
During the walk, you’ll explore the cooperative’s key areas, including the stables, the agri-camping site, and the Montesoro vineyards — the highest point of the estate, offering beautiful views over the surrounding hills and the village of Costa Vescovato. The tour continues through the heart of Valli Unite, passing by the restaurant, shop, guest apartments, offices, and processing facilities for meat and honey, before concluding in the cellar, where you’ll learn about our natural winemaking approach based on organic farming and minimal intervention.
The experience continues with a private tasting at your table, either on the terrace or inside the restaurant. You will taste 3 natural wines made from local grape varieties: a sparkling wine, a Derthona (Timorasso), and a red wine. Children and non-drinking participants will be served homemade organic grape juice.
After the tasting, feel free to enjoy the panoramic terrace, take photos, and visit Valli Unite's shop — we’ll be happy to assist you and share more about our products.

Where we are and how to reach us
Search for "Valli Unite" on your GPS. We're in Cascina Montesoro 2 in Montale Celli, Costa Vescovato (AL).
The meeting point is at the restaurant: going up the road opposite the church of Montale, you'll first see a building on your left (the wine warehouse), and right after that another large house and our wine cellar. Going on along the same road, you'll pass another house on the right, and finally, after the bend, you'll reach the heart of Valli Unite, where you'll see a yellow building with a long balcony. After the small climb to the right, you'll find the restaurant.
You can park freely in front of the yellow building or uphill after the restaurant.
