Domaine Cédric Vincent: Vineyard Walk & Wine Tasting in the Pierres Dorées

Enjoy a 2 km guided walk through the vineyards of Domaine Cédric Vincent, a family-run estate located in the heart of the Pierres Dorées region.

Led by Laurence, this experience invites you to discover the authentic world of the estate through its family history, exceptional terroir, remarkable landscapes, and expressive wines. As you walk along the heights of Pouilly-le-Monial, you will admire the diversity of the Beaujolais scenery and learn more about the local heritage, including a cadole, a château, and a charming character village.

Laurence will explain the careful work carried out in the vineyard throughout the year, from the awakening of the vines in spring to the harvest, as well as the organic and biodynamic practices used to produce wines with character. The visit will then continue in the cellar, where you will discover the different stages of winemaking and learn about the estate’s distinctive amphora ageing.

To conclude the experience, you will taste up to 5 wines from Domaine Cédric Vincent, chosen from a selection of Beaujolais white and red wines, Saint-Amour, Morgon, Moulin-à-Vent, and Bourgogne Blanc.
