At the foot of the famous Mont Brouilly, which gave its name to 2 famous Beaujolais crus, Dominica, the owner-grower welcomes you. She will take you on a tour of the vat room, briefly explaining the vinification and introducing you to the history and wine production of the region.
Later, you will taste 3 of the wines of Domaine du Barvy during a commented tasting in the cellar. As you savor each sip, the winemaker's insightful commentary will transport you deeper into the nuances of the wines, unveiling their distinct character and inviting you to truly appreciate the artistry behind each bottle.
