As the last winery in the area still crafting wines from its vineyards in the heart of the Soave Classico zone, Cantina del Castello offers a fascinating blend of tradition, passion, and innovation.

Your journey begins with a guided tour of Cantina del Castello, where you’ll learn about its storied history, the meticulous winemaking process, and the dedication that goes into every bottle. Following the tour, indulge in a tasting of four wines, each reflecting the distinctive characteristics of the region: Soave Brut DOC, Soave Classico Castello DOC, Valpolicella DOC, and Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC.

The tasting is accompanied by dry baked goods, offering a delightful pairing to the wines. For an enhanced experience, you can opt to add a platter of Soave prosciutto and Lessinia cheese for an additional price.

esperienza a dir poco fantastica. siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e un sorriso smagliante da Stephanie Che ci ha messi subito a nostro agio. tour interessantissimo tra gli spazi super curati in ogni dettaglio della cantina storica in cui tradizione e innovazione si fondono con la passione di una famiglia che sa bene quello che fa. il tutto spiegato benissimo partendo dalle basi fino ai dettagli piú tecnici e professionali. la bella giornata di sole ha permesso di fare la degustazione nei tavolini esterni per un momento di grande convivialità in compagnia di ottimi calici accompagnati da stuzzichini abbinati alla perfezione.
davvero una bella esperienza !
