“Ricordi” Wine Tasting Experience in Soave at Coffele

“Ricordi” is a premium tasting experience in Soave at Coffele Winery, offering a deep dive into the soul of our production. You’ll taste eight of our finest wines, including Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG, and—based on availability—one exclusive wine: either an old vintage (over 10 years old, not for sale), an experimental wine by Alberto Coffele (not for sale), or a natural-style wine from Cascina Albaterra (not for sale).
Please note: there is no vineyard or winery tour, as both are located 7 km from the tasting room.
This multi-sensory journey engages all your senses—from the visual and olfactory analysis, to touch, sound (as you hear the bubbles in our Millesimato Brut), and finally, taste.
During the tasting, you'll also learn about our production philosophy, focusing on the uniqueness of our crus, terroir, exposure, and geology. We’ll also introduce our pioneering commitment to organic and social farming, implemented in partnership with Cascina Albaterra.
The experience is completed with a selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, artisan bread, grissini, and our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, making it a rich and memorable encounter with the essence of the region.
